Payment

We have 2 payment options available during the check-out:

1) You can choose to receive an invoice and make a transfer from your bank account later.

2) You can pay directly using PayPal check out system, where they allow payments by all major credit cards or via your PayPal account. 

Delivery

All deliveries are by post and take up 4-11 working days in Europe and 10-16 working days to the rest of the world. We have a distributer in U.S., so the delivery there will normally take 4-8 working days. If you want us to arrange express delivery, take contact directly: olga@stormester.no

Delivery costs are destination and weight-based and will be displayed during the shopping cart check-out process. 

Return policy

You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive your items. You must notify us of your cancellation.

Items must be in saleable condition, and returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. We will refund the price of the item no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the item back from you. We will refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.
